Our delivery service is FREE for parcels sent via Royal Mail 2nd class.  There is an optional charge for first class postage. Any next day delivery, please send us an email and we may be able to sort for you. 

Despatch

Our products are handmade in small batches and often made to order. Please permit up to 3 days from purchase to despatch.

Delivery

Delivery is by Royal Mail untracked. Please allow three days for delivery.

We suggest therfore that you allow 6/7 days from purchase to delivery.

Returns

If you are in any way unsatified with our product please E mail us.  Returns are at your own cost. 

For hygeine reasons we are unable to accept returns on opened products.
